Raw pizza after waiting an hour. Why???? It's Halloween night, I get that they are incredibly busy but they rushed out a pizza... so fast that it was literally raw. Placed an online order. Got confirmation it'd be ready in about 20-40 minutes. We had cartrouble and showed up about 45 minutes after placing our order. Our pizza wasn't made, but our cheesebread was. Something about"the orders don't go through sometimes". Don't get the point of online ordering then. The front worker took out our bread whichsat on the counter getting cold while the pizza we had placed an order for over an hour ago was being made. It was obviouslyrushed out and thrown in the box because the cheese was sliding off and so were the toppings. Whatever, rookie mistake, I usedto work for a pizza chain too. Ate one piece at home, it was very doughy, had work to do, left pizza in fridge. An hour passesand I am belching and feeling queasy. We revisit pizza, because I hadn't eaten much all day so I figured that's why I was queasyand I needed to eat. The pizza has been refrigerated and cold now. One of us takes a bite, cold, and notice it tastes VERY tangyand almost carbonated, like raw yeasty dough. We pull off the toppings for that piece. Totally raw. Checked the rest of thepizza. Totally raw on top and barely light brown in the bottom. I'll add pictures when I can. Contrast this with our cheesebreadwhich was incredibly hard and stiff. I get that it's an unforgiving job but there should be some kind of quality control. I canbe ok with toppings sliding off after they're placed in a box in a hurry, but combine all this and then also raw pizzas, well...I don't know. Definitely not worth the money. We're trying to bake it without toppings now just to salvage some of it. We'vealso ordered from this location twice before and not have had our orders ready. Read more

If I can leave a zero I would!!!! I called and finally after 5 times got someone. I placed my order over the phone, talked to a... guy. He took down all my information and said 15-20 mins. My husband and daughter went 40 minutes later and they sd they have noorder. The SAME guy I spoke to on the phone, sd he didn't have any order. Then wouldn't take our order. I have ordered several times from there on several occasions and gotten 13 to 15 pizza at a time. The last time your girl was... very nice and helpful, however today she was not. I had to wait an hour for one pizza. I ordered my pizza at 6:38 online. went in the store waited for about 20 mintues decided to... leave go bring my boyfriend his food, came back right before 7:30 pizza still not ready. They were to busy making orders for thepeople who just walked in the store. What the purpose of ordering online if you have to wait an hour in line for one pizza. So I called and ordered pizza by phone at 3:30 pm. They asked what time I needed it for and I told them 6:30 pm. I arrived at... 6:38 and there were 12 people in the lobby waiting. They all ordered online it seemed and none of their pizzas were ready. Mypizza was not ready either. Listening to them talk in the back and sounded like they were worried more about door dash ordersthan anything lane. We just brought home two unevenly cooked pizzas. They are both raw at the bottom. One is over cooked at the top. The middle of... the overcooked is alright. We are heating them up in a toaster oven. That is alright for one but not the other. When a pizza isover cooked on the top; it gets burnt after re-cooking. Very dissatisfied! Read more
