Well the avocados is every order was not ripe and still had the pit shell on them. The tortilla soup was like liquid velveta... cheese. The chicken on the salad was like raw tasting. If you don't know how to tell if a avocado is ripe please do not servethem. Every order that had avocado on it was thrown away. Horrible waste of money. Read more

We visited McAllister's in Lafayette this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it! The cashier was very friendly, our server Stacy... was AMAZING, and the manager Shanna (sp?) was super appreciative of us coming in. Our food was great ???? Read more

Our food came in to go boxes after we had to go asking about our food. Though our receipt said "dine in". Our baked potatoes... were burnt and I asked for no roasted red peppers and onions, but it all came on my potato. The bathrooms both men's andwomen's hadn't been cleaned anytime recently. Mold in the toilets. Gross. Won't visit this one again. Read more

I ordered a jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich like I always do when I eat here. This time the sandwich came with one slice of... avocado cut in half down the middle so each piece was maybe the size a small child's pinky finger. I brought the sandwich backand explained that it comes with way more avocado and asked for more. The manager tells the girl who has my sandwich that that'show much comes with it (which is not true) so she gives me the sandwich back and I speak to another girl who then tells me thatsince there's avocado on the sandwich it's considered enough and they will not put anymore on it and if I wanted more then Iwould have to pay for it. Instead of putting more avocado on the sandwich like it's supposed to be made, they would rather losebusiness. The girls at the cash register were very nice but the one with blue hair and giant fake lashes needs an attitude checkor a job that isn't in customer service. The last time we were at this location (multiple kids were seated in the lobby) thegirls in the kitchen were hollering cuss words and talking about someone and fussing loud enough for everyone to hear. Quite afew of the workers, not all, in this location lack professionalism, respect for other people, and clearly don't care to work. Not to mention it was so filthy and unkempt. Read more

I order a grilled chicken club which came with a side of my choice, potatoe salad. I did not receive the potato salad. I order... an Angus Spud and added Bacon, cheddar and extra butter each for an additional charge and received none of the additional itemsbut I was charged for them. I ordered a side Caesar salad and paid extra for extra Caesar Dressing. It literally came in a boxwith romaine lettuce and two croutons. I paid for the additional dressing and received none at all. When you attempt to calllocation I was disconnected twice then Tracy answered the phone I told her what my issues were and she put me on hold for acouple of minutes then picked up line and hung up phone. I tried calling back with no luck three additional times. I will bestopping by location on way home. Total of almost ten dollars additional items paid for but not received in addition to no sidethat should have been included. Read more

The chips had been repackaged in a smaller bag. Looks like they took a normal small chip bag and split it up into two bags.... About half as much as I used to get. With COVID still prevalent, I'm annoyed that the clips have been handled by the restaurantinstead of just selling a factory sealed bag. The mac and cheese container was only about 1/3 full. Another clear cost cuttingmeasure. The cookie was barely cooked at all. It was raw in the middle and was like chewing gum. I was charged $2.99 for thedrink but when writing a review on DoorDash it shows that I should not have charged at all. ALSO, The toothpick in the sandwichwas completely unnecessary and is a potential safety issue. When the sandwiches were delivered in a to-go container thetoothpick helped hold the sandwich together but now that the sandwiches are only wrapped in paper (another cost cutting measure)the toothpick is not needed. The wrapping paper pushes the toothpick completely into the sandwich and it's not seen until thecustomer bites into it. Very disappointed... Their food used to be consistently good. Read more
