I made a mobile order and went to pick it up in the drive thru. I gave the confirmation number and when I got to the pick up... window they said they had no record of it. I used the drive thru for breakfast. The line moved swiftly, I picked my order and I was on my way. When I got to my... destination, I discovered my order was incorrect. I didn't have time to bring it back, so I ate it. There was nothing wrong withthe food, It just wasn't what I ordered. What I don't understand is when you order your food, look at the order on the screen,verify it when you pay for it, and drive to the pickup window and it's not what you ordered. I find that a lot.
