Ordering always takes forever. They have 2 lanes. Every time I go 5 cars in the other lane will order before I do. Staff never... has a decent attitude. Fries are never salted and normally cold/warm. Today I order a regular Big Mac. I got a Big Mac with aticket saying no Mac sauce, no cheese ( still has cheese on it) so not only did you get my order wrong, but also the otherpersons order wrong. I don't know what's going on with this location, but the manager and staff needs retraining. Verydisappointed with this location. Honestly if it wasn't so close to my house I wouldn't even go here. I asked for a sunday with extra caramel on the screen where your order appears it said frappuccino, I told the cashier at the... first window that it was an ice cream not a frappuccino she told me she would correct it, she gives me my receipt and says itwas for a frappuccino and When to my surprise I go to the last window they give me a Frappuccino I said it was an ice cream andthey told me that it said it was a Frappuccino and that they couldn't give me the ice cream because the ice cream machine wasdown!!! so? how did they make the frapuccino if the machine is down? the worst service ever!!!! Waited 15 minutes for my mobile order. On my own with my 3 kids, the baby screaming in the car the whole time. I get home and... unpack everyone only to find out that my QPC is burnt to a crisp and inedible. Manager on duty says they can't refund an ordermade on the app. I definitely won't be returning to the Pinhook location any time soon. Read more

Not very friendly. Not fast. Never asked if I could be waited on. I was never told ?thank you? or anything at all. I wasn?t even... told my total amount after ordering. Also, whenever my order was ready I wasn?t told anything again and other customers andmyself had to go through bags of food to find what bag belonged to whoever!
