I mostly do mobile orders here. The staff is super friendly, and my food is always fresh and hot, and ready quickly.
If I could give it negative stars I would. Worst McDonalds ever. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and a... quarter pounder with cheese meal both with cokes. He replied 2 double quarter pounder with cheese meals in which I replied noand repeated my order. Then he said ok 1 double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a coke and didn't say anything else...so Isaid and a quarter pounder with cheese meal with a coke. He replied with the correct order. Great! I proceeded to the window andhanded him my card. He gives me the receipt and I noticed he only rang up 1 quarter pounder with cheese so I let the girl at thewindow know that he didn't charge me for the double meal. She said "well I can't do nothing about it you'll have to go backaround!!!!" I take a sip of my drink and it's a Dr. Pepper. I walked into this establishment around 6:55 am today. The door was open and the times on the door say that the lobby opens for... breakfast at 6:00 am every day. I was inside pondering my order when someone who appears to be the manager walks over to me andsays that the lobby opens at 7:00 am, which is contrary to what is posted on the door. I asked when this change was made as theright time wasn't posted on the door, only to receive an answer of "it's been this way since before COVID." To my surprise Iwas kicked out of the lobby. They had more than two years to change the time on the door and didn't. On my walk to BurgerKing, I figured this McDonald's was very poorly managed. I got my food at Burger King and left before the McDonald's lobby wasopen. It's not a good idea to assume your (now former) customers know something that isn't posted correctly, both on your storeand on the internet. Read more
