FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED AND INSTANTLY SEATED. OUR SERVER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE TO US!! WE ORDERED... DRINKS, ALCOHOL, APPETIZERS, A FULL MEAL AND A DESSERT! Prompt seating, amazing hospitality. Server was a very nice young emo lady who made sure I had everything I needed. She was very... sweet and kind, she even drew a picture on my ticket!! We came for our anniversary dinner. I had been craving Outback for days and was not disappointed at all! The food was... amazing?perfectly cooked. Our server, Zach, gave OUTSTANDING service. He was personable, friendly, has a great sense of humor,and extremely attentive to all his customers. He made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted?excellent listening andcommunication with us. Zach is VERY GOOD at making sure his customers have an unforgettable and extremely positiveexperience. Gabby and Brandon (the managers) were so great talking and laughing with customers and made us feel so welcome.They genuinely appreciated that we chose Outback to celebrate our anniversary and made sure we had a fantastic diningexperience. I had Alexis as my waitress and she was INCREDIBLE!! We were sat within minutes, and Alexis greeted us immediately after we got... seated. She told us about her favorites on the menu when asked and also about the specials going on for the day. Throughout ourtime there, we had refills without asking, our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and tasted amazing, and Alexis madesure to check on us and ask us how our meal was. It was me, my husband, and our baby. This was our first time at Any Outback location the staff was so friendly the moment you... walk in they are smiling and greeting you. Our Server was Tim taking our order he was very patient and helpful, he always madesure we were good, had our drinks,if we needed anything else, and updated us on the time for our food. My daughter had spilledwater everywhere and the bus boy was Jay he started helping right away he even offered to try to get us another table. We had the most amazing experience tonight! We have been to Outback several times and we were not impressed with the food and... especially the service! However, tonight was completely different! Our server was Douglas and he was beyond amazing! He was veryattentive and quick! He is one of the best servers we have ever had and we do eat out quite often! The food was delicious aswell! Our steaks were all 3 cooked perfectly and everything else was also great! The manager came by and checked on us to see ifwe were doing ok or needed anything. We told him how amazing the food and service was as well and he was super sweet, too! Thiswas such a pleasant experience! We will definitely be back soon!!! Read more
