They have cut their hours down to nothing and cannot keep employees. The nasty wicked employeesare the only ones still there . Been ordering here for so many times every month. This restaurant is good, had a few wrong orders before that i really didnt... mind but they will not do more for you. Requested the drive thru to pick up my rapid pick up order because its raining but theyrefused. I cannot back up from drive thru and had to wait to get out. I cannot believe they cannot just hand your order thatcomes from the same kitchen thru the window. No more panera for me for a while. Very disappointing. Read more
It was a first visit. I forgot to take pictures. But the food was good. There was a variety of healthy choices. It is a self... serve environment. You pick your choice, pay for it and they call you when it's ready. The seating is spacious but there is notable service. They have handicap parking and seating. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very professional. When youfinish eating you throw your trash and return your tray. An employee cleans the table after you finish. I was told that theyclose at 3pm because they don't have the staff. Read more

Ordered 5 Everything and 7 Sesame. AGAIN the order was switched. My husband loves Everything but he?s diabetic so he can?t eat... much at one time. So now his will go stale and my supply will only last a week. Also PLEASE bag them separately so the spicesfrom the Everything bagels don?t get all over the Sesame. This is the first time they were dumped all together. Finally, I hadto have them delivered because the app wouldn?t allow me to order a rapid pick-up.
