I ordered and picked up. Short staffed, over cooked pizza, someone needs to stop being lazy and cut the veggies correctly. I... had huge bell pepper pieces and the paste was not cooked, almost like it was put on the pizza afterwards. The lemon pepperwings were salty as hell, no tomatoes on the pizza because they didn't have any. Bye, never again. . Read more

Nearly 2 hours! That's how long it took to receive my order. The site stated 20-25 minutes. TWO HOURS! I called after an hour... and they said mine was the next order up and it took another hour before it was delivered. I understand the employee shortagegoing on but don't post a delivery time that you can't meet. I drove 14 hours and all I wanted was to have something fordinner. I'm diabetic so I ended up eating cookies and a banana the hotel staff gave me. By the time the food got to my hotel Ididn't even want it so I gave it to the people at the front desk. $23.36 for a pepperoni pizza I didn't even eat. That includeda $5 delivery fee and a tip. NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT! Never again! You lost a loyal customer. After reading the reviews aboutthis location, this Pizza Hut store should be shut down. Read more

Placed order at 5:27, it's 742 now and still no pizza. Tried calling several times and waiting on hold now. Call center can't... help. They keep sending me back to the hold music and I sit and wait on hold for no one to answer. They finally show up whileI'm on hold. Driver said they were short staffed. Pizza was barely warm and crust was like day old bread. Wife and I didn't wantto take it but we were both hungry. Shouldn't have taken it. Wasn't even offered a discount. The large stuffed crust Supreme pizza had an inch and a half no topping zone between the toppings and the beginning of the... inside edge of the crust. It looks like they used a medium topping kit for a large pizza. Is this Pizza Hut's way of cuttingcosts so they do not have to raise the price of Pizza? You get less for more. Look at the picture. The order never moved on the tracking app. Called again but pressed the option for a new order and still was on holdover 10 minutes before I was able to get someone to cancel the order. Terrible service. I?ve been waiting 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered after being told it would take 45 mins. I called the... store manager about 50 mins ago he said someone came and knocked on my door but we didn?t answer I told him I was in my house Iwas would of heard a knock or someone ringing my doorbell He then went on to tell me Pizza Hut workers do not ring doorbells Iasked for a refund he refused He?s sending another pizza and making me pay for it I don?t even want it anymore.
