This is not to the first time I have had a terrible time trying to get food from Pizza Hut on Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette.... They don?t answer the phones if you need to reach them for info on your order. They actually hang up on u like they did lastnight before I could say anything. My food came an hour late and cold. I wd be probably already been asleep by the time I got myfood. The driver seemed high. And she said the people at Pizza Hut wanted her to go work with them because they only had topeople working in there. One didn?t speak English too because when I called he said something in Spanish then hung up on me. Iwas trying to reach someone to find out where my food was or if I could cancel the order or even go pick it up. Myself. Pizzaused to be my favorite pizza now the hassle is to great and chances are too high that it?ll be another bomb. This is not myfirst time having these same issues there. First off I will say the delivery driver was a sweetheart. But I also will say my food shouldn't have been cold. My delivery... address at work was 5 mins away from the store. I received a text stating "out for delivery" 50 mins later I received my order.Not cool at all. Will never order delivery again. Read more

Evening Mr. Carl & Team Members , I would like to thank you all for such an amazing experience on today 10/27/2022. I came in... with my four little ones and my little niece for dinner and your dining area was clean and your bathrooms also absolutelyspotless. Mr. Carl was our server and he provided us with such excellent customer service. Mr. Carl continued to check on us forour drink refills, asked if we needed any additional assistance. Mr. Carl?s staff worked very diligently also greeted us withsmiles and the pizzas were hot, fresh and so delicious, Lastly, upon leaving Mr. Carl thanked us for our service and said hopeto see you all again which made us all truly feel valued customers. I can?t say this enough it was the best dining experienceand the entire staff and Mr. Carl deserves acknowledgment for their impeccable job done today. It was truly awesome. We will beback soon! After I complained about the service at the Pizza Hut in Youngsville LA, the area manager contacted me to make it right. Boy,... did she! Very nice lady who personally delivered another Pepperoni Lovers Pizza plus cheese bread and a discount on a futureorder. The pizza she delivered was perfect and so good. Thanks Colleen. TL;DR They messed up my order twice and then instead of remaking it a third time, they just didn?t and tried to keep my money... until I went to the store in person. I placed an order for delivery from this location. When the first pizza arrived, it wasfolded on itself in the box and I called and asked for a remake. When the second pizza arrived, the cheese had shifted off ofhalf of the pizza, only covering one side now. I samtayed with the driver while he personally called the store to get the orderremade for me again. Honestly all of this would be about three star service. The reason it is one star is because after hecalled the store to have it remade again, the manager never remade it, put a credit, or refunded my card. They were justplanning on keeping my money. I had to call back in again (at this point it is maybe 2.5-3 hours after my original order) andask about it, at which point the manager on duty at the time (different manager) informed me that I would have to drive to thestore in person to get a refund. Pizza Hut is a complete disappointment. This is the second time in a row that I have had a bad experience. However, the first... time was at the Congress St. location, so I decided to try this location. I placed an order on the Pizza Hut app, it informed methat my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the pickup window the worker told me my order wasn't ready yetbecause they were short on personnel and told me it would be another 15-20 minutes, she gave me my receipt and I left. I cameback 20 minutes later and my order still was not ready. I could tell I wasn't the only one still waiting on my order because theplace was packed. It took about an additional 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Then later after I've been home upon openingone of the pizza boxes they didn't even get my order right. Now Pizza Hut is 0 and 2.
