I?ve never had a problem ordering the surf and turf thru the drive thru at this or any other Popeyes but today, they refused to... make it because they can ?only make it for online orders?. Why would you have an item on a drive thru menu if you can?t orderit? I also wasn?t given a receipt to file a complaint. Imagine going to McDonald?s ordering chicken nuggets and them telling youit?s only available if you order online. Stupid Read more

Drive thru was super fast! Can?t believe how the service has improved within my last visit. It may be drizzling but my chicken... was sizzling. Would recommend I drive way from Broussard to come to location! Love love that chicken! Read more
Had the chicken sandwich this visit. Was so hot and tasty. If you get a box of chicken or a meal, be prepared for the drumsticks... to be extremely small. They almost look like drumettes which is disappointing for the price. Read more
Very unsatisfied. Gave this place plenty of chances, but tonight was it. Lady taking my order was cutting me off and took... forever to come back to the microphone. When I paid for my food, I was asked to pull up. I later realized they charged my cardtwice for my meal and something else that was $15. Tried to say that my card did not go through. They lady handed me my card andfood and said ?I am as lost as you.? Was not offered a refund or my receipt. My shrimp were definitely fried twice and hard as arock. My nuggets were gummy. Terrible! I ordered at the drive up. The staff was friendly and kind taking my order.Waited 20 minutes to later find out I was... given burt chicken. The chicken was a dark brown and hard. While waiting at the window for 20 minutes I watched staff place foodracks on the trash can. I love and respect the history of Popeyes. Yet this store ends some cleaning up to do. Employeesscreaming outside at each other. Overall a bad experience. If I ever go back to this location and have a better experience thenI will change my review to reflect the new review. Read more
By far the best Popeyes in Lafayette. Haven?t had great customer service like this in? I can?t even remember. The food was... extremely fresh. We had to wait for all of it to cool off before we could dig in. The manager on duty made sure everyone didtheir job to ensure orders were correct and out in a timely manner. He?s very efficient.
