This location does not care about children or service. I ordered kids meals, and I was paying with a debit card that has $$$ on... it. Well, the card was declined. I checked my bank account right there at window #1, my account was fine. The card was fine. Theyoung employee just looked at me, and I asked if a receipt printed out if it declined , she said no. So I said okay just cancelthe order. I went right across the street three minutes later to Chick-fil-A and that same card worked in their drive -thru. Thelady said no problem here. Me and my children feel like we cannot trust Raisin Canes for good service, and it loss it?s #1 go-tospot in my household. Tried ordering a tailgate for my team members. They changed prices between when I got a quote for it and the day of (two days).... Not a big deal in it of itself, I get that prices have to go up. The issue was that when I called in to ask about it, I was toldto call back at 10 when the manager would be in. The manager I spoke to was rude, short, and didn?t even listen to anything Ihad to say before telling me that there was nothing she would do. I wasn?t even asking for a discount, I was just searching forclarification in a $40 price difference. Definitely not giving my professional or personal business to them again. Read more
