Food is good, but the service is consistently slow and abysmal. Decent in a pinch, but would rather dine elsewhere.
This is the second time that THE SAME server has completely messed up our order and upcharged us. She "accidentally" brings us... the largest portion or 2 or 3 more of the same entre. She consistently says she just misunderstood us yet will refuse to takeone or two of the charges off of our ticket. We didn't even eat it and said multiple times we did not want the multiple extraentrees. She did not seem to care and was extremely rude. The first time we tried to be kind even though she was rude. Thesecond time we are very frustrated. We used to love this little place. The food is great and the service was good. Ever sincethey have hired this server everything has gone downhill. We really love this place but can't come back if this continues tohappen. Please train this waitress. Read more
I was overcharged for a meal I did not receive and when they were told they immediately found out the problem, voided my ticket,... and offered their number in case I was still charged for the extra food. The food I did have was delicious and the atmosphere ofthis place was nice. The waitress had a little attitude at first but I went in pretty late. I work in food as well,so I know howit is. However as soon as what I assume was management came out everything was settled. Even with all of the confusion andhassle - I was NOT dissatisfied and I WILL be ordering from them again. Read more
oct 1st -Food was delicious, but sadly I had the worst experience with our waitress. She was young and mentioned it was her 3rd... day working, so we tried to cut her some slack. She didn't bring us any utensils or napkins until 30 min into our meal and onlygave us 1 fork for 3 people. We asked her if we could have 2 more sets of utensils and she said no there aren't any more?? Andwalked away? She was extremely rude and we had to flag her down again to ask her if she could please wash some utensils. Shetook our orders wrong and blamed me for the miscommunication when I told her the exact name of the dish I wanted. She brought metwo orders of it and told us we still had to pay for it even if we sent it back. Really disappointed in the service and if weever come back and she's working we will ask that another person serve us. I understand she was new but the way she talked to uswas extremely rude. She didn't have a supervisor watching her and was the only server working. We ended up spending an extra $15on a plate of food we didn't want. We tried to be as kind as possible, especially because I've worked as a waitress before andknow how mean people can be... However, having a waitress mess up and charge you for her mistake without any offer to takeanything even a drink off our tab is incredibly unprofessional. Read more

Dynamite Roll ... Roll Samurai has always been our go to sushi spot because of their menu selection & pricing. it is smaller than theirYoungsville location, but size doesn?t always matter. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over 8 years! The food is always incredible. The servers are cheerful and helpful.... The sushi chef are amazing. Even if it's months in between the time we visit they always remember us and greet us with smiles.The prices of the rolls are wonderful you can have a full course meal for two for around 40 to 50 dollars.
