Never had this happen to me. This Starbucks definitely rushes and takes short cuts. I just waited in a long drive thru line only... to find this once I open the lid. I understand that a latte cup is never filled to the top but this seems insane. First pumpkinspice latte of the season but This is leaving a bad taste. I have not taken any sips or anything. Not a good drive thru experience at 11:48 SM 2/2/2020 , Drawer 1, Reg 1. Horribly slow line, barista serving was way in too... deep. Didn't hear order properly so only filled it partially. Had to wait extra time for her to correct her mistake, andrealized she had gotten it wrong after we drove away. Don't put an inexperienced rookie on the drive-thru window! Read more
