Went to order and had to repeat my order 3 times to the lady on the mic as she told me twice an order that I did not make, when... I?ve literally been coming to this taco bell location since I was a freshman in highschool and am now a college senior. I have... never had issues with this location unfortunately until as of recently. The past few months almost all my orders have beendisappointing; from food being made incorrectly, missing items, incorrect change given back, etc. It?s just upsetting. I cametoday to get the beefy melt burritos which distinctly have the red chips in them. I asked for them grilled and they were not andthey didn?t even have the chips in them, pretty sad. I work in good service and understand mistakes can be made but I usuallycome when it?s very slow and these simple mistakes should not happen if I?m literally the only customer there. Read more
If the black ladies had better attitudes just maybe the food would be better. They ask if we want to round up the price of our... order to donate but they?re probably taking the money when they tally up the overage at the end of the workday.
