This is by far the worst Taco Bell in Lafayette. I love TB but this one is horrible. I stupidly have gone here so many times... because its right by my house. The staff will barely greet you at the window, just hands you your food and if you say thanks,they don't say anything back or thank YOU for ordering. The food is cold or lukewarm, never hot. The food is skimpy, barely anymeat. They constantly get orders wrong even if you order 2 burritos. Look at the other reviews, they all say the same. Thisplace has been managed horribly for years and never gets better. They clearly do not care about the service or food they bring.Go to any other location. Even if further away, your food will probably be hotter at home if you go across town to get it andwait to eat it, than it will be here! Read more
They prioritize the drive threw more they they prioritize inside orders. We ordered on the app and it said it was ready but when... my fiancé went in to get the order and he was in there for a solid 15 minutes waiting while they were getting rid of the drivethrew line. At 327 pm as there was zero cars in front of me in line and three cars parked possibly inside dinning. I was told it be at least... 15 min before my order could be taken. The lady behind the speaker apologized and said they had a big order to complete beforetaking any more orders. As I set trying to figure out lunch, four other cars were turned away. Read more
Polite service but EVERYTHING was incorrect in the order. First thing I had to eat all day at 7 pm. I'm a vegetarian. Ordered a... bean and cheese burrito and specified no meat MULTIPLE TIMES. there was ONLY meat iny burrito. I had to pull over to vomit. Read more
Terrible I tip them 5.00 or 10.00 dollars twice a week and I asked they pit 6 of the soft tacos of the 11 total I ordered in a... separate bag as they were for my neighbor, 3 regular shell tacos 3 nacho shell tacos and 2 two packs of Cinnabon and tipped her5.00 and politlighly asked her to please make sure they don't leave something out and please bag 6 soft tacos separately sheassured me she would, 30 seconds later she hands me one huge bag and says 6 of the soft tacos I asked to big bagged separatelyand there was a spare paper bag I was told to put the soft tacos in myself, the manager heard me I guess ask this girl whydidn't you do what I asked and follow through with what she assured me she would do, the manager came up behind the cashier andtold me I could do it myself and to get out of the drive-thru lane which had 2 cars behind me and I wasn't asking why for lessthan a minute. Of course I tried to call the store when I got home and they neglected to include 4 cinibons I paid for. Triedcalling the stores number and it would not ring from my cell or landlines line, I called corporate and while on hold readseveral reviews which almost all had the exact same stories I just shared and several mentioned they turn off their phoneintentionally and not one review mentioned always giving a sizable tip. Corporate wasn't interested in finding out if I wasbeing truthful when saying the phone at this location doesn't ring even after telling him several people have complained aboutnot being able to call them because they turn off the phone intentionally, and constantly omit filling your entire order andobviously don't mind taking a 5 or10 dollar tip. A true poorly managed run location that I will never return to and will besure to tell any friend that says they are going I will suggest they go to a hamburger place and stop be treated like you trulyaren't welcome to patronize this awefull location on Ambassador Caffery across from Home Depot. Hey everyone, So my boyfriend and I go to taco bell about 3 times a week. I'm not sure why but we keep forgiving them for... messing up our orders. The first problem is that their phone is always off at night. They always mess up our meal, and we willbe so tired that we try to check the bag everytime,but we be ready to get home after a long day. In the past week we missedabout 3 chalupas or 2 burritos out our bag or 2 cinnamon twist. No, lol I'm not a Karen!!! But I just feel if we make the order and pay the correct change we should be able to get the correct food. We have been calling them for 10 mins and it has abusy signal. Smh. I love Taco Bell, but maybe it should be more taco places in this area that value customers orders "especiallywhen they are not busy". Smh..do better.pls. Read more
