It\'s a boba shop. I ordered a boba tea and paid. Got my drink with no boba. I ask where\'s the boba? The workers says oh we... don\'t have any made. Ok well why did she let me pay for a boba drink with no boba. I tell her well I would have never orderedit if I would have known that. I\'ll never come back. This is a really cute place that has fantastic options for both food and drinks. I got the Thai milk tea with honey boba and my... husband tried the Assam milk tea with boba as well. I love it!!! We went there for a surprise bridal shower. The atmosphere is perfection. I love the setup and the games. The staff... is very nice. I ordered the salted caramel frappe and it was the best frappe I?ve ever had. I recommend the lobster and beefcombo for your food. We will certainly be back and I recommend you try it as well. HORRIBLE customer service. The ice cream was good, but even then I cannot see myself returning due to the horrible behavior from... the staff and manager. We were given an incorrect drink, but the manager insisted to me that it was correct, even though I haveordered it in the past. She kept doubling down while the workers behind her were laughing at our interaction. She was rude andclearly didn?t care about giving customers a quality service.
