After a really pleasant experience in 2020 ordering hams for our employees we wanted to do that again this year. I was quite... disappointed to receive dripping, oozing foil-wrapped hams doubled up in plastic bags that clearly weren't meant to hold theweight of my purchase. The bags deteriorated on their way out of the store and getting more bags was obviously a problem forthe manager. I don't know how we are supposed to hand these out to the employees, but I will not darken their doorway again. All the delicious brown sugar coating oozed out of the bags and is now all over the back of my car instead of going home withthe employees' hams. Read more

I had a problem last week, not being credit for a discount coupon. I went back to the Honey Baked Store. There was no... problem!!!!! Hams are delicious, especially the glaze. The dry bean soup mix makes a delicious soup with a leftover ham bone. Cheesecake is... to die for. Pre-cooked ribs are pretty tasty. Very friendly staff and manager :) Read more

Very good food and decent service! I go there anytime that I'm around it.

The service was terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We called to reserve a ham a day in advance, and when we arrived,... they told us they were sold out. The staff then attempted to blame us for not picking it up earlier (it was 1PM). I won?treturn. Read more
