Took my granddaughter and friends for birthday dinner. There's a ledge sticking out with elevated tables on either side of... entrance with no visible warning signs unless you look over at the wall, not in your path going to other tables. I tripped overit, landing on my face, have scratches on my forehead and almost broke my nose. Hurting my head, wrists, and knees. After 2hours we finally got our food and it was cold. The waitress said they had a new cook, but thats no excuse for the wait time andgetting cold food. One person had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for hers. Of course they made it hot since we hadcomplained about ours. Overall a bad experience and no management came to address our issues. Read more

Horrible experience took 2 hours to get our food and it was cold when I talked(I didn't raise my voice or get ugly,probably... should have)to the waitress about it I got excuses and more excuses Most importantly, there is a step/curb when you walk intothe dining area that my wife stumbled and fell over ,yes it hurt her we were offered a bag of ice So my wife falling and coldfood never saw a manager or offered anything but excuses. Absolutely wonderful experience!!! I had been craving sushi for a while and this hit the SPOTTTTT. The staff was wonderful and... very kind plus the food was absolutely delicious!!! For sushi the prices are most definitely worth it and reasonable. Therestaurant itself is gorgeous and I just can't get over how wonderful it all was! Most definitely going to be coming again! I ordered yellow fin tuna cooked rare, got it well done, dry as cardboard! Fried rice was almost burnt! Vegatable were cooked... perfect! The only saving factor, but will not be back! Read more
