Sweet tea tasted like momma's & the Cheese Steak Hashbrown Bowl was A+. Had the sweetest lady as a waitress and the coolest... cook. The other waitress who was tending to customers seemed very friendly and engaging in her customers as well. Let me start off by saying the workers were great, that?s not the issue. My issue is that online the all star price says it?s $8... and some change and an extra waffle is $3 but I left paying 18.70 before tip. We usually go to the University location as it?s our favorite. But we decided to try a different one. The manager or assistant... manager (I don?t know, no name tags.) was quite rude to their employees. I had to wipe down our own area. There was left overdrinks. Syrup caked to the table top. We didn?t receive our drinks until after our food was served. Our waffles were servedcold as they sat in front of us behind the bar. No follow up with how the food was/is. The check was just laid on the table. Nocommunication. I?m sorry for the inconvenience? The food was great though. The lack of customer service is what gives this a 3star review. After having a terrible experience at the university location, we got in contact with the area supervisor about the issue and... came to this location. They comped our meal after the bad service at the other location. The pinhook location was amazing. Wewere greeted upon walking in and they took great care of us. The orders were made perfectly and in a timely manner. We willdefinitely continue to come to this location over the other ones in lafayette. Thank you for taking care of us! Read more
They are always open and the waitstaff is usually friendly. I've never not had breakfast there. If you are nice, you may get a... paper hat. Can't beat that. Read more
