I?ve ate here maybe once or twice which on both occasions the food could rate as average and this particular location has long... wait times on your food along with your food being cold by the time you receive your meal. This was the worst service I've ever had at a Wendy's. We were in line for awhile. We ordered and were told to pull up and wait... for our order (with three other vehicles who were also waiting). The young man brought a bag and we told him that wasn't ourorder. 15 minutes later he brought our 2 1/2 bags of food. I?ve tried this Wendy?s multiple times to give it hope. I also understand it?s fast food and their understaffed, but this place... is just terrible. The line is always long and takes ages, one time I got the iced vanilla coffee and it literally just tastedlike they poured coffee over ice, but tonight was the last straw. I paid 9$ for one classic chicken sandwich meal that was coldand the chicken was chewy, over fried, and even thinner than the chicken nuggets my husband ordered. I would have been betteroff getting two cheap crispy chicken sandwiches. Read more

Usually this place isn?t bad, in fact it?s usually pretty good but today changed that. My burger was incorrect despite being a... plain burger, my fries were limp and not fully cooked, and what I didn?t realize until I got home was that there were bugs in mychocolate frosty. Why is it recently this location is going down hill and why so quickly? A mistake on a burger ok thingshappen, half cooked fries I get it they slip through sometimes. But how the hell do you get bugs in either your frosty mix oryour see through cups and NOT notice.
