The customer service is pretty excellent here. Today on 1/20/21 at 4:30 PM. I had one of the worst experiences. The sales person... was a young female with the glasses. She was very rude, obnoxious and unprofessional!!! I was in the drive thru ready topurchase my food. I asked to use the Apple Pay. She lied and told me it didn?t extend that far. Secondly, I ordered avocadotoast ? the normal. The avocado was cold. Not room temperature but ice cold. She informed that?s the way it is. I?ve eaten fromvarious Dunkin Donuts and it has never been as cold as it was today. I decided not to purchase it. I wanted a refund. Drovearound to the front to get a refund for the purchase. She ask why. I told her again the avocado spread is extremely cold. Idon?t want it. She said, ?Well you will have to wait until I get the manager?s approval.? I said ?No problem.?After about 5 to10 minutes. She fully refunded for the purchase. The young lady is quite unprofessional and very obnoxious? she needs to be retrained. Worst Dunkin? I?ve been to by far. Owner is so rude, she has terrible customer service. Never gets deink Right, and then wants... to fight with you when you want it fixed and give hard time about fixing. All around terrible. Read more
Waited in line for 10 minutes after getting my coffee for a chocolate chip muffin. The woman behind the counter comes out and... told me something about a muffin. Could not understand what she was saying because of the mask she wad wearing and behind theplastic barrier. I asked again still could not understand her. I left the coffee on the counter and left after wasting about 15minutes there. This mask nonsense has got to end. Read more
This is not the Dunkin closest to me but I do stop at this one occasionally when I am passing through. The people who work here... are always exceptionally friendly and seem to always try to be overly helpful and I really appreciate that. I stopped hereyesterday for my usual pumpkin lattes to get me through the day and I made the mistake of not trying them until I was half wayhome. I was very disappointed and I am not really sure what was done wrong but I just simply couldn?t drink any of either.. thetaste was awful ???? I was in a rush and unable to turn around so I ended up having to stop at another Dunkin? (yes I needed mycoffee lol) and spent another 10 dollars. This is not the first time this has happened and I always forget by the next time I?min the area. Then, I got home and today was my husbands birthday. He had asked me for one thing when I went in, a blueberryglazed donut along with a couple for my girls and when I opened the box there was no blueberry donuts to be found..insteadBavarian cream ????. I was really bummed by the whole experience today..if I do stop here again I?ll make sure to try my coffeeand check my things before leaving. Read more
