Janice and Kim went out of their way to provide me with excellent customer service and leave me with a smile on my face. I asked... the price for a fountain drink because I only had a few dollars on me at the moment and they came up to me after running back tomy car to ask if they can help me pay for my drink. Luckily I had enough money because I didn?t want to use theirs! I came here 1/18/22 around 8:30 pm to get gas. As I pull up, the guy in the booth refused to pump my gas because he was tired,... Which is totally illegal to pump your own gas in NJ!! And he refused to pump other peoples gas too. The lady next to me didn?teven know how to pump her own gas. Totally unprofessional. Read more
Extremely rude personnel who grasp for any excuse to rationalize their incompetence; any excuse which they think will stick. NO... SOAP in men?s room. One dispense has been broken for over a week, the second one was empty. I was told that they were?...having someone come to repair it.? Once the guy behind the counter realized I wasn?t leaving until I was able to wash myhands, he changed the soap bag. After opening the ?broken? dispenser, he realized the full bag had been inserted backwards. Itwasn?t broke after all. All of the above conditions existed despite having initials signed off on the hourly bathroom?inspection?. There is no way their male personnel, gas attendants or cashiers, were maintaining any sanitary practices withthose conditions. Both the conditions and the rationalization are inexcusable. Read more
Unfriendly Place. If you decide to order a sandwich make sure you get a receipt. They didn't give me my sandwich. Cause they... couldn't go back into the system to show it was paid... Never had this problem before. But im also out 7.50. Not a big deal butdisappointed.. Read more
While attempting to find the correct vape device, customer service member Kim quickly became frustrated and rude. I called her... out on this and she got upset. To her credit this is probably a training issue. She should have had knowledge about theproducts. Also a lesson on how to deal with unhappy customers. So I'm hoping Kim does not get in any trouble. Don't go to Quick Chek in Lafayette, NJ. I just went without a mask and a copy of the executive order. I was immediately... approached by a clerk who told me to put on a mask. When I told her that I can't wear one for medical reasons, she said I haveto wear one anyway. I asked her to get in touch with the store manager, not the manager on duty. She refused and directed meto the assistant manager who said the same thing. I pointed out that the EO says a store can refuse service for someone notwearing a mask for non-medical reasons but that my reason is medical. She said they could bring an order or to me. I said fineand let me tell you what I want. She said I can only place an order through the app on my phone and select a time to pick itup. I pointed out that I'm here right now and don't have my phone on me. She insisted that was the only way I'd be served. Ilet her know that I would be sharing this information of their discriminatory practice and blast social media with this. Theysaid they are fine with that. Read more
Gas attendants are super friendly and helpful. Parking is not good during high traffic times. But they are a big QuickChek with... lots of selection. This is the ONLY QuickChek in a 15 mile radius that gets my deli order correct! Read more
