I have a dairy allergy and this Starbucks always takes the precautions to serve me safely. The staff are young, friendly, and... welcoming for the most part. Only once did they accidentally put whipped cream on my beverage and the young guy making it feltso bad he personally came up to me and apologized. It was no big deal, no harm was done and I appreciated his kindness. Theymade me a new beverage ASAP and it was delicious! I recommend them. Read more
It took 20 minutes to make my espresso macchiato. The store was very busy and the staff were overwhelmed. While waiting for my... coffee I noticed how disorganized it was behind the counter. Customers waiting endlessly and drinks need to be redone. Read more

Just ordered Oct 1 2022 order: Venti Blonde, Venti Decaf Americano, Water no ice, Double Tall Almond Milk Latte - Everything... except Latte. I was given a Hot Chocolate?? Check your orders. Then left a tip and not even given a thank you. Read more
Not happy with the salted caramel mocha today. A third of the venti cup itself was filled with whipped cream, (instead of the... coffee to the top, and then a domed top for whipped cream), and there was barely any caramel in it. Good thing it was a freebieand not something I had to pay for. This particular location is not consistent. The one in Franklin is much better forconsistency. Or the ones by Rockaway Mall. Read more
Was the only one in the store waiting for my drink when it looked like the high school football team came in behind me and then... as I'm waiting i see them all get thier drinks and I STILL didn't get mine. I asked where my drink was and they didn't know whatI ordered. It was nowhere to be found, so I REORDERED FROM THE PICK UP STATION AND THEY GOT THE DRINK WRONG!!!!!!!. I don't livearound here so I'm not used to such lousy service. I'll never go back. I'll go to Duncan Donuts where they always get it rightand they care about EVERY customer. Update 7/26: ordered double expresso and got only one shot. Receipt#792955. Both the coffee and customer service are not... consistent. Sometimes it is good other time not great. It's a hit or miss. Located near ShopRite. Hope it gets better. Drivethrough available???? but crowed during peak hours. Limited parking available. Well maintained???? Read more
Lol this Starbucks is never open according to the hours they list online. Went there at 7:30, supposed to be open till 9:00,... sign in the drive through "Store Closed." Tons of people inside. Not even the first, second, or third time this hashappened. Go to Greene's Beans, Cloveberry, or Cafe Pierrot instead. Only thing Starbucks has on them is a drive through andevening hours, and apparently it doesn't have that ??????? Read more
