I always went to the Byrne in or near Syracuse for yrs when delivering....great place people.. I went to this one since I was... coming from Marcy and thought to stop in get some food It was cool up till I got to register.... The person who made my sandwichbroke her neck to come up front to cashier to see that I was paying...lolol I forgot to get my chocolate milk so I went back toget it in my going to register and maybe she thought otherwise but soon as I paid as I brought 30.00 +dollars....she walked backto where she was....Now I know she will try reverse it on why she did that but the cashier was fully aware what she was doingwith no problem....She the worker who made my sandwich came up front to make sure I paid cause of me being person of color causethe lady who ordered before me she didn't do it to her...it's cool I will not go in this location again...I work and all elselegit and legal...To that lady in that store you can GFYS I won't go back there I can spend my money elsewhere or at a betterByrne where respect and kindness is given and present.... What happened to this place? Deli staff is very rude and slow, and seem to be unaware that they are working in front of... customers. Have to wave with both arms to interrupt their private conversations to get service. Asked my name and what I ordereda couple times. Told me they didn?t have any food containers and started helping other people. After waiting 15 minutes for foodI had ordered an hour before, I walked out. Is there a manager on Friday nights? Nice, very large Byrne Dairy store. Lots of gas pumps, lots of parking. Check out their fresh donuts or their deli to get a... sandwich or a sub. Large selection of drinks, beer, snacks and some grocery items. Took a star away for unclean bathrooms Read more
This store used to be the best store around. The last year I have seen it slide down hill quick. Used to be super clean and... friendly staff. Now it?s very dirty inside most the time it has something on the floors. The guy making sandwiches on multipleoccasions has gotten a attitude on making a sandwich or wrap and just threw stuff on a sandwich and made a huge mess. The areawhere everything is made was clean now it?s a mess stuff on the floor. The one girl dropped pen and clipboard into the Mayopulled it out and then put the same Mayo on my sandwich right in front of me. The manager seems to have a chip on the shoulderand a attitude as well. I loved this store and loved eating here. Came almost every day with the crew for lunch we are nowplanning on going somewhere else. Read more
This is a great place to take a break. Excellent hot or cold sandwhiches and prices as well as excellent chicken wings, soda's... deserts ! And they have fuel for cars and semi's. And did I mention ice cream !!! They have a small ice cream selection forcones dishes and/or bowl's. And they also have plenty of parking. Big rigs watch the corners going in or out. Read more
Very nice gas station and mini mart combination, probably one of the nicest gas stations I've been in. The downside is their... bathrooms. While they look nice and are spacious, their floors aren't the cleanest and their toilet paper is way too difficultto pull out of the dispensers. I get that it's going to be cheap and thin stuff, but when I can't pull more than a couple ofinches out at a time without it ripping because the dispenser is so resistant, it's a problem. There are acceptablecost-cutting measures, but that isn't one of them. Read more
