Horrible waiting time! My favorite soft drink tasted old every time I bought. I finally quit going unless others in my family... want something. My sons use to eat there often but also quit going unless they see not many people are there and they are in ahurry. The food is ok for most of it. I would rate Glasgow Sonic one of the worst we have dealt with, especially the waitingtime. Even if you order one thing, you still have to wait forever! We tried calling in our order and when we arrived for pickup,more than once, we still had to wait as though we just ordered! Several times the bags of ice we ordered, had been sitting. So,when it's been in our freezer, we have to break up the hard ice from the melting and the price is now too high. If I wanted tobust up hard ice, I would have gotten it somewhere else. I absolutely love this place. The food is always great! This Sonic simply TOWERS over the Sonic in Hartsville and its not even... close! The staff works very hard here! My food is always hot and fresh. It doesn't take these folks long at all to get yourorder out and I've NEVER had them mess up any of my orders! Every single time I come here they never get the order right. If you say you don't want any tomatoes they'll give it to you... anyways. Today we came here and the bun was soggy and wet and my mom asked for another bun.The manager has a rude attitude. Myburger fell apart all over me. My tots was just full of big crumbs and didn't have full sized tots in them and they was hard. Mydrink was hot and didn't have very much ice in it. The food was not good. Read more
I think the majority of those who work here are dedicated workers and don?t get enough credit for the things they do for this... Sonic. Sonics across the surrounding counties don?t really hold up as well as this one. It is clean, the people are nice fromwhat I have experienced, and the food is well served. Read more
Generally good. Unfortunately, management takes no ownership of the equipment that doesn't work. The young lady that took my... order had a malfunctioning head set. Took several minutes to order and then the order was wrong though it was correct on thescreen. I called the manager who told me she had no control over the equipment. That someone with a manger title has no controltells me no one is in control. That we generally get good food and correctly is a testament to the hard work of the employee's,but definitely not the managers. Read more
