As a long time customer of Lafayette Hill Wawa, I found it very refreshing that a grandmother had brought in young children to... say hello to their mother while she was in the deli making sandwiches. As they greeted eachother with smiles and hellos, anemployee by the name of Brandy ran over to the excited mother only to be repremanded by her saying that no family or friends mayreceive discounted food, implying that this may be the reason they came to visit. I can tell the women with the deli employeeschildren was completely humiliated and the women even asked Brandy if she should go to a different Wawa to purchase her food.This was very unprofessional and should have been handled completely different. I'm a nurse and work nights nearby. They're always out of foods that are of essence to me compared to other WaWa. Third time... coming in over a two weeks period and there's no hot chocolate, bakery items, no beef for preparing the beef Beef quesadillasetc.. please do better and stock up. I am a wawa fan so I look forward to stopping there daily. Quite often when I'm out of town my 1st choice is ALWAYS Wawa. This... particular Wawa is on my route to work. I'm usually here between 645 and 700 am. Today was the 2nd time that I had to ask forFrench vanilla coffee. There seem to be plenty staff members on duty so I'm puzzled by this situation. The coffee area is alwaysmessy which I notice is not the priority here that it is at other Wawa stores. Please management, take care of this asap. At 6:20 am, I ordered a scrambled egg bowl with bacon. The bacon was practically RAW. One end of each strip looked cooked but... looks are deceiving. The entire slices were rubbery and stretchy. I was on my way to an appointment so I didn't have access toa microwave to cook the bacon - had to throw the bacon away. Undercooked food is a health hazard. I would NEVER purchase anycooked items from this store. Read more
