Ordered hot buffalo wings. They gave me wings with bbq sauce drizzled over the wings. Tried calling store. Once you get thru... automated system. They just pick up and hung up . Worst service. Read more
Today, I ordered 2 Large pizzas and 1 medium pan pizza. You can see how small the "large" pizzas are in the boxes. They also... skimped out on the toppings and it's all in the middle with GIANT crust that also has no garlic butter on the edges. The foodboxes also had no labels anywhere on the boxes which is against dominos' policy. The Domino's Pizza here in LaFollette used tobe really good about 2 months ago. Now, this is what you get when you order large pizzas. I don't know if they changedmanagement recently, but this is unacceptable.This happened to me on my last order a few weeks ago as well, but I decided togive it another chance and it happened again today. I worked at Dominos for 2.5 years and I know exactly how it's supposed to bemade and the quantity of pepperonis required, cups of cheese, size of the crust.... This really isn't it. Read more
DO NOT BELIEVE THE ORDER TRACKER TIMER...IVE BEEN SITTING IN THIS PARKING LOT FOR 30 MINS FOR AN ORDER THAT SAID IT WOULD BE... READY IN 17-30 MINS....and I had to drive 15 mins ...the doors are locked so I can't go in but I can see everyone insidelaughing and playing around...just went to the carryout window 15 mins ago and they said 5-7 mins...now I'm back sitting in theparking lot waiting for them to bring it out.... This Dominos is consistently the absolute worst I?ve ever experienced. Before moving to the area, we vacationed here for years.... Same scenarios??system? loses the order, ?out of dough?, ?short staffed?, ?we?ve stopped deliveries so we can?t make the orderwe messed up right?, and on and on. This location isn't good at all, the pizza was mostly crust! Watched me walk to the door, stood there for a few before anyone... pointed lightly at the drive thru, then pull around to look at 2 people working, an the rest doing nothing as I sat therewaiting to be asked anything! And they couldn't even cut all the way thru the pizza! Had to tear it apart by hand ???? See picof my crust, with a little pizza....... Read more
Ordered the large pizzas for 7.99 deal, pizzas came hilariously and obviously in a smaller size then we paid for. When we called... them they simply hung up on us repeatedly without answering our call. Huge disappointment overall. Read more
The pizza was INCREDIBLE. I got Chicken and bacon with Alfredo sauce instead of pizza sauce and it couldn't have been better.... Everything we got was great, chicken, breadsticks there was a small mix up with the order and they handled it immediately andcredited my account and were very kind about it. GREAT JOB DOMINOS!!
