Ordered pickup online and was charged $20.50 for one deep dish supreme. Was told at the store it was because I ordered it... online. Apparently you get charged an extra $1.50 per item when you order the deep dish supreme even though it says $13.50 ontheir website?! This is the explanation I got from whoever the girl was that was in charge. Refused to refund the $7 that I wasovercharged. Done with these scammers. Nice racket they're running, the mafia would be proud! Read more

Campbell County has notoriously awful fast food restaurants, possibly the worst in the state, but this Little Caesars is the... final boss of bad fast food. In using the "portal" where you order online and are supposed to bypass the line, they have never,not a single time, gotten the order right. Everyone working here has a general look of lostness & profound boredom such that thepizzas are so defunct that even the Ninja Turtles would have recoiled in disgust. Read more

I waited till my 4th trip to leave a review. All 4 trips I've not left in under 30 minutes. The first trip 2 weeks ago was a... call in. They gave my order away TWICE . I called it in and ONE HOUR later finally Got to leave with what I ordered. noexaggeration!!! The last 2 trips i waited 30 + minutes for one pepperoni and one pretzel pizza and one Italian cheese bread.There were SEVERAL unhappy customer while I was there there every time I've went. This last trip for 2 pretzel pizzas will bemy last trip . There is NO organization and obviously lacking good management. I've worked in pizza places when I was youngerand these kids apparently have NO guidance working there. No one k ow what's going on. This place needs new management . I'm notone to complain much because I know how customer service can be..but there is no excuse for it to be this bad. Read more

It always seems very unorganized! I've had other orders that were received after I placed mine and yet they gave 2 people behind... me their orders first! I'm not one to complain about petty, nick-picky stuff and I understand how it is to go to work and fromthe moment you arrive it all seems to go every which way but right! So I do have empathy. All I'm saying is be kind, respectfuland don't let emotions control you! Read more

Courteous employees. Waited @ 5 minutes for them to complete my order for a Hot N Ready pizza (& it was hot when they got it... ready). Good pizza. Not quite as much pepperoni as I have received at LC, Knoxville, but still very good. Read more

We ordered a pizza today at 8:23pm and the estimated time for it to be ready was 8:37-8:42pm. At 8:27 pm I got a notification on... my phone that the pizza was ready for pickup. We arrived at 8:34 and grabbed the pizza. We told the manager that there was noway it was fresh when it supposedly took only 4 minutes to cook. The manager just wanted to argue and when we tried to show herthe proof that it was just ordered at 8:23 she tried to say that was the pickup time not the order time even though it wasobvious it wasn't. She argued that she cooked it and she knew it was fresh. However, you could tell the pizza was old becausethe Pepperoni's were all shriveled up and it wasn't very hot. So we said we just wanted our money back and she got an attitudeand said we don't give cash and we said well wel it on our card. So she did and then as we walked out they threw the old, nastypizza up onto the hot plate for someone else to get. I have pictures for proof of times ordered, estimated pickup time and thetime it said it was ready. Read more
