I've ordered pizza here several times, pick up and delivery and have never had a problem. The food has been good and the orders... have been correct. The delivery drivers and the staff in the store have all been nice to interact with. Store seems clean. Read more
Seems like there is always an issue or something wrong, last time they "lost my order" and I had to wait for them to remake it.... This time they told me 15-20 for carry out, that was almost an hour ago. It still says 15 minutes to go on the order screen.Just tell me the real estimate when I order, no reason to sit here for 45+ min when I could be at home.. First time ordering here. I ordered at 5:27 PM for carry out. My order said it was ready on the website and I got here at 5:51... PM (estimated time was 5:37 to 5:47). Get here and order is not ready at all. At 6:00 PM they try to give me a medium when Iordered large. These things happen then they clear their order screen too quickly to make their numbers look better. So now,it's probably going to take an hour for one large pizza for carry out. By far, the worst Za I have ordered from this store. Most times, these guys get it right and are usually a fair value, but not... tonight. $40+ wasted dollars (ImHO). Reduced toppings, little to no sauce and no where even close to flavor they used to have.Don't know if they are cutting costs like everyone else, which I understand, but really dry scarce topping and sauced pizza isuncool when you're forking out what one has to today for it. Second time I?ve ordered pizza and it took 2 hours to receive my order. Of course when we finally get our food it is stale and... cold. Unacceptable for a franchise pizza delivery joint. I understand being busy but they need to hire more workers before theycontinue to lose business. We will hold off on ordering from here until they work out the issues. Read more
