Seems like there is always an issue or something wrong, last time they "lost my order" and I had to wait for them to remake it.... This time they told me 15-20 for carry out, that was almost an hour ago. It still says 15 minutes to go on the order screen.Just tell me the real estimate when I order, no reason to sit here for 45+ min when I could be at home.. I will say pizza whenright is pretty solid, just need to set better expetations. Read more
First time ordering here. I ordered at 5:27 PM for carry out. My order said it was ready on the website and I got here at 5:51... PM (estimated time was 5:37 to 5:47). Get here and order is not ready at all. At 6:00 PM they try to give me a medium when Iordered large. These things happen then they clear their order screen too quickly to make their numbers look better. So now,it's probably going to take an hour for one large pizza for carry out. By far, the worst Za I have ordered from this store. Most times, these guys get it right and are usually a fair value, but not... tonight. $40+ wasted dollars (ImHO). Reduced toppings, little to no sauce and no where even close to flavor they used to have.Don't know if they are cutting costs like everyone else, which I understand, but really dry scarce topping and sauced pizza isuncool when you're forking out what one has to today for it. The small Pizza place and only delivery place, has held their own through many chalanges. Sometimes the food has come... overcooked and or not the correct order. Most times if you brought it to their attention they would refund or some would correctthe mistake even if it meant staying after their shift. I like this about the people that work their lots of different peoplebut most still doing what is the best in difficult situations. I want to talk about tonights dinner. The coupons are my mostdifficult part because since its just my husband and I if we order to much we eat to much. So we stick to a budget, means nolonger ordering when we shouldn't. The coupon specials was a great one and not to be missed. Build your own large pizza with anytopping and some bread bites and a large soda. The driver who bought us the pizza ensured everything was correct and she wasvery quick about getting it to us. When I opened the box I wasn't sure what to expect . Most time we stick with medium pepporonipizza a budget item for us. The pizza was fantastic. I will have to do this again. I asked for nearly every meat andvegitable. I asked for mozzerella cheese on top. The crust was tasty the sauce just write and the pizza was loaded down made thefirst bite so delectable that I had to have a second. My husband loves pizza and its why we get a medium he eats pizza and Ieat pasta. THe Lago Vista Dominoes blue it out of the water . Our delivery driver was prompt and delivered the pizza while itwas hot . I don't get to have a treat very often and when I spend money It must be worth It. This not only was a steal of adeal but it was so good that I would have paid full price but instead I saved 14.00 on tonight's meal with the coupon. I keptthe meal under 25 and that was with delivery fee. I love to to see the smile on the drivers when we tip them. I wish our drivercould have seen smile on my face when I took that first bite. Decided to give this spot another chance and they did not let us down! The delivery was fast and the food was GREAT. Can?t say... enough about the experience with these guys and it makes us happy to know that they are doing something to make their businessas good as possible and that they are taking care of their customers! It's the only pizza delivery option in town. They have some pretty decent deals online, but unfortunately, often times... deliveries have missing items. For example, if you ordered extra ranch, you might not get any ranch at all. I've had to call forthem to send my missing dipping sauces. If they could step their game up when it comes to correct orders, that would be great. Read more
Second time I?ve ordered pizza and it took 2 hours to receive my order. Of course when we finally get our food it is stale and... cold. Unacceptable for a franchise pizza delivery joint. I understand being busy but they need to hire more workers before theycontinue to lose business. We will hold off on ordering from here until they work out the issues. Read more
