Three times in a row now they have gotten my order wrong and the last two times I actually told them about it and it still... happened a third time!! The first day, the board outside wasn't working right so the gal came outside and took my order outthere and brought it back a little bit later it was a bit too long. But anyway, got the stuff and brought it home and there wassomething left out of it. I did not think of it but I did not have my drink. The next time I told them about that and orderedsomething else. I do not like ketchup on my hamburger ever. I told him that very clearly only mayonnaise and the rest of thestuff. Got home. Ketchup on Burger. And not just a little bit!! Gave that away. And then the next time today I go there. The guycouldn't understand me on the board. He said they've been messing up lately. I told him about the last couple of experiences andhe said sorry about that. So he went back inside and a different boy took my order out to the car and I told him briefly aboutthe story and tipped him. He was at the end of the line he had no idea what had happened from the beginning to the end. Oh bythe way, I only go to Sonic Maybe once or twice a month. Hopefully you can get it right soon. I had the new chicken sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. It was delicious and my carhop, Darlene was excellent. She asked if I needed... salt, pepper or ketchup. And made sure I had plenty of napkins. Went again tonight, Angelina was my carhop and she was verysweet, had a huge smile on her face, and she asked me if I needed salt, pepper, ketchup, or napkins. Read more

It's the main fast food option in Lago Vista, so if you need a burger or chicken sandwich, this is your easiest option.... Sometimes the service is slow when things get busy, but the employees are usually all smiles and charm. I mainly come here forthe Rt. 44 beverages during happy hour. Read more
Great service, my food came out quick and it was all delicious!
The staff are super friendly here and make you feel like you're the favorite grand kid. Food, prices, and speed all seem normal... compared to other sonics. Facility seems clean and normal. Nice to have at least one fast-food chain in town. You can alsoorder on the app., I think there's some coupons that way. Read more
