Horrible customer experience. First, register employee was on the phone taking orders which I understand due to staff. Then she... takes my order and as I?m paying, she answers the phone takes another order as I?m waiting for a receipt. Since she was on thephone I stepped away and sat down. I waited about 10 minutes for my order and I was clearly sitting down in front of her anddidn?t acknowledge me or let me know my order was ready. As I saw her talking with other employees I got up and checked thecounter and my order was there sitting. I clearly waisted time just sitting down.
