They did not get my condiments correct, even after I double checked with the attendant at the window. When I circled through... the order line the agent taking orders commented that it was not her issue and she could not do anything about it. She told meto continue through the line and let them know I did not get salt at the window and that the issue would be resolved there. Isaid so ?wait in line?? Her answer ?yes? so we proceeded repeated that we got no salt the same person who told us before thatthere was salt said ?you would like some salt? our answer ?yes? and we we then explained the issue with our service and weretold sorry about that. So my experience this time was unlike usual, poor service. I will return but will not leave the drivethrough before personally validating in the future. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Son goes out there twice.. first time they added blue berries and cheese to a market salad?... that I asked that they not add. Second time he comes home with the salad and there is no chicken on it? 2 locations in Lagrangeand neither one can ever seem to get it right. Top notch customer service is out the window. Do better!! I went to this chic fil a and order a spicy deluxe meal which is 10 dollars and I received a piece of chicken less than half the... size of the bun. I can fit all four of my fingers on my bun without hitting the chicken. I got bread, nasty lettuce, and half apiece of chicken. I tried to call and they refused to answer the phone. Read more
Always a pleasurable (????) experience to stop by CFA for a quick bite. I got the bbq and bacon fried chicken sandwich and it... was, as always, excellent. The wait for our order was a bit timely but nothing terrible and the drive thru runner gave us afreebie card as an apology. Great service ???? Read more
