Service was good. Food was cooked to order, so it was hot & fresh. The chocolate scoop is to die for. The manager stepped out... from the kitchen to ask if everything was good & if we needed anything..that's pretty rare @ a fast-food restaurant. Itcertainly makes a good impression. 1st time visit. Drive thru only opened. Asked if I could have a minute to look at the menu. When I said I was ready to order... the employee said "Knock yourself out,Sweetie ". Thought that was pretty rude but ordered.... got to the window the employeesaid "$10.90" and that was it. They were laughing about something amongst themselves . I said thank you but no reply. Handedme my food & shut the window. Fries were cold & no ice in my drink. The patty melt did taste good. Not a great 1st impression. But, it is July 4th so could have just been they were not happy working a holiday. No excuse in my opinion but, I'm hopingthat's all it was & not the normal customer service. Read more

Let me start this out by saying I was a bit skeptical of going here on a Monday right at lunch time and it being my first time... here. Really didn?t have any expectations but the food and service really stood out ! It was a little busy as expected butorder was taken promptly with a courteous and up beat attitude. Atmosphere was very positive and the staff wasn?t the half deadfeet draggers that expressed how much they don?t want to be there by their attitudes. Oh no! These were smiling faces withpurpose and a since of pride and satisfaction that?s been missing for a while now. Maybe it?s that I don?t eat out much becauseof such poor standards we?ve all started to accept over the last year or two but the food and entire crew was fabulous ! On aMonday and at lunch time!! Was very good. I can honestly say that they have the best burgers in Troup County. The fries are good too, but they aren't... really my favorite. The frozen custard is also good. I know people will complain about the price of Freddy's, but I love a goodbang for my buck and I think it's worth the prices they charge. You have to understand that they cook the the food fresh afteryou order it, unlike some of the other fast food restaurants here in Lagrange. And the burgers are better quality. Plus it's a"fast-casual" restaurant which puts it in the same category as Culver's, Five Guys, and Shake Shack. All three of thoserestaurants have similar prices as Freddy's. I've been going to Freddy's since even before this one in LaGrange opened up andI've always gotten my food hot and fresh with no issues. I just finished eating the spicy jalapeno steakburger, and it wasgreat! But I took a picture of it so I could post it on here. The freshness speaks for itself, just look at how melted thecheese is on the patty, wouldn't look like that if it wasn't hot and fresh made to order. Read more

Awesome Food?Very Tasty. Friendly, Smiling Crew. Line and wait was very long. I?m a fan!!! The only reason that it didn?t get 5... stars was no receipt, no napkins and no ketchup on the burger (my wife?s). The Chicago Dog and Fries were great too. I wouldgive them a 4.5 Stars. So glad that LaGrange finally has a Freddy's now. I went on opening day, and it was busy inside but they had a full staff on... hand that worked in tandem so everything ran smoothly. Customer service was great, It's on par with Chic-Fil-A's great service.The assistant manager was very friendly and checked on us every so often. I dined inside, and as busy as it was because ofopening day the wait on my food wasn't longer than 8 minutes or so, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I'm veryfamiliar with Freddy's because I often drive from LaGrange to the Freddy's in Opelika for a good burger and fries, and I mustsay that this Freddy's is consistent with the Opelika store.
