I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered my food at 1127a for a curbside pick up. I called 3 times and went inside twice to... get updates on my order within 1h20min span. I noticed two other people go in and pick up food during that time. My order whichwas a kids meal pancake was still not ready. At 1246 the second time going in. My order was just sitting on the counter notdelivered out curbside by anyone and it is completely COLD. This is very unacceptable. Read more
There is nothing wrong with a chain restaurant as long as the service and food is consistent as you would expect. The IHOP here... is no exception. The staff was great and the food was delicious just as I would expect from IHOP. Read more
We got two ham and cheese omelettes, hash browns and pancakes. The worse food I have ever seen or taste in my life. This is not... a IHOP. This is a IDRAG. The omelette had some kind of stretchy yellow stuff that I assume was to be cheese. The little choppedsquares were to represent ham. The greasy ham brown sliding around were just not worth tasting. The pancakes were not that bad.They were the only thing we could eat for $31.00. Never again at this place. Read more
The services from the waiter was excellent however the good wasn't that great, including the coffee. Something was off, even the... kids didn't eat their breakfast. The restaurant have plenty of parking. But the employees were kind. Read more

Customer Service across the country gets worse and worse. I'm not even the type of person to complain but I have to share my... spill. I placed an online order this morning. Shortly after I arrived, I clicked the link for curbside pick up, and waited forthe family breakfast meal. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5....10 minutes went by and no one came out. I took my son inside to use the restroom,glanced at the counter, and noticed there were two orders near the register. My son and I finished up in the bathroom and thosesame two orders were still sitting on the counter. I was convinced one of those orders were mine. So I dropped my son off backto the car and went inside. There was no greeter/server up front. So I politely stopped an employee walking past me and askedcan you check the name on one of these orders for me. Like I suspected It was my order. I signed the receipt, grabbed my order,and went to the car. While in the car I had to double check everyones order and there was buttermilk pancakes missing from themeal. Guys c'mon! So now I have to transition back inside the restaurant and wait for pancakes to be cooked while the food inthe car gets cold. This was not how I wanted to start my weekend after such a tough work week. America please fix the foodchains Customer service. I miss the good Ole days. Read more
None of the food was very good. Bacon , grits, eggs and toast all seemed like pre-made from yesterday. Chicken tenders were... burnt and way over cooked clearly and were still sent out. Very low expectations but even worse food. Read more
