Trying to treat my grandson to his first mcgriddle before school and try the return of the cheese danish. Got home and the... mcgriddle was a mcmuffin which he won't eat! The guy at the window even went over my order and assured me it was correct. If Ican make an effort to come at 6 a.m. y'all can make the effort to get my order correct P.S. I will be coming for my mcgriddle!Just letting you know when I come I won't have a receipt because I wasn't given one. As a matter of fact I wasn't given correctchange from my 20 either. I do not eat McDonald?s often and if so, it is usually because I am craving their breakfast. I came to this specific location,... we waited in the drive thru line for an hour just to get to the order screen. Mind you, there?s two lanes for the order screenso that the lines can move through fast. Another 15 minutes go by after we get our order taken and we have not moved to the paywindow yet. Once we have finally paid and get to the window for our food, I check to make sure everything is there. Lady at thewindow was somewhat nice but no explanation as to why it took almost an hour and thirty for fast food. So, when we get home, Iopened my meal and I had ordered a Crispy Chicken Biscuit and paid for it however they gave me a Mcchicken biscuit instead! So,I paid more money for something I received. I am extremely disappointed and will not go back to this location! But if you likewaiting in line for over an hour for ?fast food? and getting something you did not pay for then this is the right place for you! Read more
Asked for a hot coffee with French vanilla and they gave me a cold coffee. Then corrected them on the order and the drive thru... assistant started cussing saying ?I ain?t dealing with this shit? and gave me a cold coffee without ice!!!!! The slowest most unorganized McDonald's I've ever visited. Ive been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes with only one... car in front of me. the Diver thru pregnant girl in Lagrange not very good at her job I order two Sausage mcgriddle.. Along with a sau egg and... cheese mcgriddle meal.. When I got home.. 2 sau and cheese mcgriddle .. (I didn't want the cheese) So next time, I said I wouldlike to order two Sausage mcgriddle no egg no cheese.. she says it doesn't come with that..
