We went to McDonald's for dinner tonight. Service was pretty quick. We didn't receive the sauce for the children's McNuggets in... their Happy meal. No big deal tried to look over that.... Then open up the McDouble and it is the size of a child Burger. ReallyI think that a child would want another one. Is pure ridiculousness how McDonald's is downgraded their burgers so much andthey're a multi-billion dollar company. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon I don't go there like that anyway. Employees were super friendly and polite. Food was made correctly and in a timely manner. The older woman cleaning in the lobby... talked to my son for a few minutes and brought both of my kids cookies. Definitely one of the better Mcdonalds we have been to. Read more
Food was as expected.. that's why they got 3 stars. They have a "come in" sign on both doors but dine in is closed and doors... locked. We attempted to enter at 1p on a Monday. No signage to indicate this before we unloaded our 3 children. After we got thefood, I checked it real quick, as I always do before I drove off, and the young lady re-opened the window and said "I got itright" and immediately closed the window. Read more
It's bad when the fries (hot and salty) tastes better than the nuggets (hot, but doughy and bland: had to eat with sauce). I saw... they are charging 3$ for the hashround patty now. Ugh. The cheese burger is a kid's entree (they would be the only one happy andfull eating it). Read more
I agree with most that customer service at most McDonalds has dropped tremendously. I don?t eat there much, but the kids wanted... to. We were there for a trip at Great Wolf Lodge. I checked online and it stated they close at 11. We pulled up at 10:15?.Ordered food. Got the food and pulled over to the side to make sure that we had everything that we ordered. I noticed that I wasmissing a small fry. It wasn?t on my receipt so I assume the young man forgot to ring it up. So I pulled back around to order asmall fry. The young man said that we?re close for the night. It was 10:30. The fries/food that we had wasn?t really fresh. Theywere out of ketchup?. They really need to do better. Read more
Lights on, menu board on, times on doors say open until 12 AM... But they were closed at 10:20. As one who has worked in the... industry I understand being short-handed. However I counted five people in the kitchen and my attempts to request to speak to amanager were denied with shrugs of shoulders as and they did not know who they were. As I sat there trying to get the attention,I noted they were making drinks of some sort for themselves but not answering any calls on the headsets or the windows. We eat McDonald's a lot. The problem lately has been the customer service is dropped off tremendously the food is cold a... lot. The difference between LaGrange McDonald's and Valley is the customer service I've never had a bad customer serviceexperience in the range or Opelika unfortunately Valley has had some issues lately the assistant manager is very nice he alwaysgreets me by name unfortunately not everybody is that friendly and almost every time I go to the valley McDonald's they forgetsomething I stopped even trying to complain because it's such a hassle as a matter of fact now they make it nearly impossible ifyou have an issue you have to go back and wait in line which is usually super long then they act like they don't believe you andif you've ordered on your app it's very hard to go back and show it at least it is for me I've noticed that Jack's in the valleyhas become the popular place to go just because of the line used to McDonald's had cars out to the road now it's Jack's everymorning jacks has a huge showing while McDonald's only has a few there I hope this helps the good news about McDonald's in thevalley is the managers are very nice and their drinks are much better than opelikas I hope this helps we don't just eat there inthe morning we there at night but you could apply this to anytime nighttime service sometimes in the valley seems to be morepleasant. THE WORST SERVICE of any McDonalds I?ve ever been to. Extremely rude manager happened to serve me at the window. Before handing... me my food, she asked me to repeat my order, and when I paused to remember what my large family of five ordered she rapidlywaved her hand telling me to hurry up. I then asked for a BBQ sauce and she told me that would be an additional $.25. She thenforgot to give me my drink before I drove off. SUPER SLOW. They always tell you to ?Please hold?, and unless you prompt them 3minutes later, you will wait your entire life before they ask how they can help you. YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG. I haveunfortunately gone here ~10 times because it?s the only nearby fast food place; they have never gotten my entire order right-not once. When/if they take your order their voice will let you know that you are an inconvenience. It?s TERRIBLE. CorporateMcDonalds NEEDS to come in and evaluate this place? A CANCER on their brand. Read more
