Good fast food. I recommend using the app to order ahead of time, it is much easier and you can get discounts. I am adding to... this review that I frequently dine at this McDonald's location and I am overall satisfied with their service. I can understandthe stress of being short staffed and the pressures the economic situation has put on this society in general. I recommend thisLaGrange location over the others because the staff are generally attentive and pleasant. There is one employee that goes aboveand beyond in my opinion and her name is Jaffrey. She is always very nice and professional. She seems to be a hard worker,friendly, and patient even during the peak times when they are backed up. She always has a sweet smile and a kind word. My granddaughter is sick and wanted a ice cream because her thought hurts her and a sprite her mom wanted a cheese danish and a... medium Dr Pepper and we was at the drive thru window the person who was waiting on her told her to wait for a minute never cameback to waiting on her and the manager thought she drove off then she finally came back to waiting on her and told her that themanager was going to charge her for putting the ice cream in a cup for my granddaughter all of your McDonald's never changes fordoing that what's wrong with y'all doing something for a toddler. I will be calling McDonald's head quarters and let them knowhow y'all are doing and what y'all charging for with the cups that's not good on y'all................... I asked for ketchup and salt at drive thru. I checked my order no salt are ketchup. We in and asked for salt and ketchup I told... manager she must have forgotten to put it in bag no big deal. Always bad tasting or sloppily made food, rude staff, and closed dining room; regardless of the time of day. I could almost... forgive the food and staff because honestly I don't expect much from a McDonald's, but after a long and hard day at work whenI'm especially hungry and exhausted, the last thing I want to do is try to balance a burger while driving. Pretty standard for McDonald's. Young guy on drive-thru could have used some training on greetings and follow-up. He wasn't rude... or anything, he was just silent except for "go ahead" when I pulled up to the microphone. Chicken sandwich was fresh, requestfor heavy pickles got me one extra pickle (for a total of four small pickle slices, each about the size of a nickel), fries werestale.
