We?ve been to lots of Moe?s locations and this was by far the worst experience we?ve had. Overflowing trash right by the front... door. Employees who seemed to be hiding in the kitchen until they felt we?d waited in line long enough to be irritated but notquite long enough to leave for somewhere else. Out of rice. Out of fresh onions. Out of most protein options that I saw. Blackbeans ?weren?t ready yet? despite looking like they were spilling out of a vat on the floor. No wonder this was the smallestMoe?s burrito I?ve had in memory. Cold chips scooped out of another container on the floor after having completely forgotten togive us chips in the first place. Cashier who had to be reminded that we should pay for our food. Broke the credit cardprocessing system while trying to pay. What a train wreck. Saw at least 2 other groups walk out bc the food options looked sounappetizing. Only positive is the cashier couldn?t figure out how to make our $20 in rewards only be $10 for this visit so atleast it was cheap. And our kids ate free bc it was Sunday. Read more
We placed the order 30 minutes in advance via the app. When we arrived they hadn?t even started our order nor started cooking... the chicken for my order. We had to wait 20 minute for them to prep the order. Several other customers ordered and receivedtheir food during this time. When we checked the food when we got home, we noticed the order was incorrect. Read more
Best moes I've ever been to, seriously! Moe's is literally my family's favorite restaurant and this one out did themselves!! ... Wonderful employees and service and, above all, amazing food!! Horrible customer service and the food was disgusting. The workers are rude and not to mention the employees with their pants... down showing their whole behind is terrible. The tables was nasty. Thank God I didn't have my kids with me or it could've been aproblem. The guys working in there literally had their underwear showing and one was laying down on a both playing on his phoneagain with his pants down! I will never waste another penny on this restaurant or a Moe's anywhere. Read more
The service was bad, the food prep area was messy. The three young guys was more worried about"hooking with girls than doing... there jobs. The girl walked away from the food prep area when she saw my wife and I come up to the counter. The drink area was amess. All the tables was nasty and the floor was too. If I new the number to the health inspector office I would have calledthem. The store in Lagrange ga should be closed for good. I'll never go there again. Read more
This was by far the worst Moes I have ever been to. Service was terrible only had ground beef as a protein option, cilantro was... starting to brown, limes were rotting, was over charged, barley got any chips. DO NOT GO TO THIS restaurant. They have lost acustomer for life. Read more
