One of the better Zaxby's I've been too. I ordered the new loaded fries! Which had fries,cheese,cut up chicken fingers,bacon and... ranch dressing all over. They were really really good!!! There were 2 cars in line when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker. We waited 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. They were... laughing the entire time while taking my order. Obviously this job is a joke to them. Spent almost $40 on food. Get to thewindow and they were very short with us in communication. We get our food and we?re asked to pull forward and wait on cheesecurds of all things. I work in the food industry and know it takes less than 2 minutes to fry curds. We waited an extra 10minutes while 2 other cars got their food and pulled off. They also forgot to give us our drinks which we had to ask for beforewe pulled off. After you take the payment you usually get your drinks right after. Get home and look at our portions and it?sembarrassing. Asked for no slaw with double fries and barely get a single portion, let alone a double portion. The employees atthis location obviously joke around too much and don?t take this seriously. If they care as much for their kitchen as they doabout serving their customers I shutter to think about the cleanliness of their kitchen. Management needs to buckle down andtake control. Stopped at this location at 9:15 and they had 5 cars in line. As we were pulling up to the window we saw the cars in front of us... leaving their line. When we arrived to order they informed me the wait would be 45 minutes. We left the line and went tolonghorn steakhouse down the road and ordered and ate before 10:00. It is ridiculous that a fast food restaurant cannot getorders out faster than an actual restaurant. Save your time and don?t go to this location. Read more

Awful experience. Where to start? The AC wasn?t working so it was 80+ degrees inside the dining room. The womens bathroom looks... like it hasn?t been cleaned in years. No paper towel in the dispensers and no soap. Waited 25 minutes for our food. Thought thiswas supposed to be ?FAST food?? Went to the counter to ask for ketchup. No ketchup! Wow! How disappointing my visit was. There were no condiments, no napkins, no sweet tea, ice was on the floor and a huge puddle... that someone could have easily slipped on. Food was overcooked and the fries were soggy. The only reason this isn't getting aone star because the person who checked us out was friendly. Won't return and don't recommend. Read more

AWFUL service AND food! Went there this evening and spent over 40 minutes there! We went in 1st because there is a giant sign... out front stating they have dine in but apparently they close the dining room early. So then we go to the drive thru and sat inthe drive thru for 40 minutes!!!! My Cajun club is burned, missing the tomatoes, and looks like a truck ran it over.
