Food order all wrong. Customer service is this, take the food back to them for correction. I live a long way from the restaurant... so I couldn't do that. I called that night and the manager, Cory. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. I got back to work, and I had NO chicken in the salad at all. The lettuce was turning brown... and soggy. I called to tell them about it, the manager told me to bring the food and and the receipt up there and they would replace it. I told her I couldn't leave work again. She adv there was nothing else she could do. The manager would not give meher name, she wouldn't give me the district manager number. Food is typically good, when it?s there and when it?s correct. The wait time is always forever. Rarely ever wait less than 30-45... minutes. The speaker is very hard to hear what they are saying, they also can barely understand you, so that?s superfrustrating. Read more

I pulled up to the drive through at 9:45. The line was long but I waited. When I pulled to the speaker the lady told me they... were closed. I stated that I had been in line before closed and all she responds was ?we closed?. I asked to speak the managerand told her the same thing. She said ?we closed? The zensation salad had awful purple asian slaw and large pieces of purple cabbage. I usually love the Asian slaw. I have had... this salad many times.
