Honestly the best McDonalds I have been to for drive thru. I stopped in last month while traveling. The staff were so friendly... and efficient I felt like I was at Chick-fil-A! And on top of it the food was way better quality than I usually find at aMcDonald?s. I?m not a huge McDonalds person, but I would absolutely eat here again! Well done to the whole team! Read more
TERRIBLE!!! GM wouldn't give me a refund on a mobile app for a latte that they couldn't make. Said they can't give refunds.... Called the police on me needless to say I GOT MY REFUND!!! Teresa is very nice and best employee there! WOW!! Read more
The McDonald's here in LaGrange has come a long way from what it used to be. The service is still lacking in a lot of areas, but... much faster and efficient than it used to be. They're still lacking a bit in the area of putting together a full meal. If youget takeout, they tend to forget napkins or dip and things like that. Read more
Every single time I come here to McDonald?s in Lagrange Indiana the food is trash today it?s hard bread, normally it?s cold... fries today was first time they were acceptable out of whole year I have lived close by and been. I?ve received a raw patty oncehad to call and complain with management yet nothing seems to be done about this situation so here I am writing a review andI?ve never in my life wrote one pretty sad had to be a bad one.
