Thank you for what you are doing for our veterans. I?m hoping Sheri can work our event. She?s a class favorite and will make... our Veterans celebration even better. She?s makes us feel like family. Over 20 of us come every month and come during the weekfor specials from many of our graduation classes. I need to come early and talk to a Mgr regarding giving me the checks for theveterans. It would be easier for one person to collect them and I will get reimbursed. I know Kevin. Just tell him it?s thewoman in the wheelchair, they all know me. We?ll also bringing a couple bouquets of balloons, hopefully camouflage. I knowseveral people are involved putting this together and I am confident this will go seelmlessly as we all work like a family. Atable for 10 would be nice for the Veterans and their spouses. It could be the centerpiece and make it easier to decorate andkeep appetizers and main courses separate for 2 Payments. You guys are the best in every way. Elyria Catholic thinks so forgolf and food. Many of us come for the weekly specials. Yum! Now that I have you to talk to I found out that possibly theChronicle and the Panther Prowl may want a story next Friday. We can do it but if they want to come I need your approval. Ifthey don?t come the story will still be written along with photos of our Veterans. Great patio overlooking the golf course. The Wednesday steak special is terrific! Other entrees are also very good. Best... kept secret in Lagrange, worth the drive. Read more
This place is really nice! Food is better than the usual bar-ish type stuff. Great outside area for summer time fun. Live music... most(?) Friday nights. Has been a pleasure both times I've visited and will definitely come back again! Read more
Service has gone down hill. We got sat right away, drinks quickly but then had to wait 45 min and flag down wait staff to place... our food order. This has been a constant issue the past few months and we are there weekly. And getting the bill AFTER you'refinished is like pulling teeth. I know they can do better. The excuses and buck passing need to stop and management needs tostep up with duty accountability or training. Read more
My wife and I are new to Wellington and The Nest at Grey Hawk popped up in my Facebook feed. Their weekly dinner/drink specials... looked interesting so we decided to check out their "Burger Night" last night. So glad we did! The restaurant had a greatatmosphere and a good menu. I had a regular cheeseburger and my wife ordered the Philly Dip. Both were excellent and came witha choice of sides. Draft beers and house wines were also very good. Service was great with Kayla and Donovan taking excellentcare of us. Even in the middle of winter on a Tuesday, there was a nice crowd. Can't wait to see the golf course in theSpring. Next stop... This restaurant used to be a place where golfers stopped and had their beers after golf. They have been through different... restaurant variations none of them successful. They finally have got the formula right and are doing a great business withquality food and service. Read more
Went Friday night. Had a burger. It was so burnt. Tasted like charcoal. Wife had a steak. Same thing. The server let on that the... cook that was on doesn?t know what he?s doing and ?has a problem?. The salads were decent. Read more
