I placed my coffee order on the mobile app. Once I went to pick it up my order hadn?t been made at all. They?d ran out of... oatmilk and didn?t notify me until I asked them where my order was. The person preparing my drink was literally eating a bagelwhile doing so. That is completely unsanitary especially and gross. The place looked like it hadn?t been kept up throughout theday. I stopped by for a coffee and donuts and was denied access to the bathroom. Counter person said they were tired of cleaning up... after "dirty customers". Um, wow, but I guess my money isn't too dirty? I look forward to EverReady Coffee opening up thestreet. They are known for great coffee and customer service. Dunkin lost a customer. Read more

It was a breezy Friday afternoon in July. Me and my compadres cruised by the ol? Dunkin looking for a little snack. We pulled... up, we ordered, we paid, and off we drove into a sweet summer sunset. Unfortunately, the sunset was all the sweetness wereceived on that fateful day, because as we excitedly opened the bag, lo? and behold, the jelly donut of which I was promisedwas nowhere to be found. Where is mr donut? Did he get lost on the way to the bag? Was he snatched by a sneaky swallow on itsway from the window to the car? The mind wanders to some dark places? RIP my little tasty treat. This location is terrible. Orders are typically wrong if they fill the orders at all. The mobile orders almost never go through... I have gone countless times to pick up a mobile order and they claim they didn?t receive it. And staff is rude. I went in today,it WAS very busy, I won?t deny that but after about 15-20 mins when I was still waiting for a bagel, I went and asked the youngman behind the counter, he said nothing, he rolled his eyes and walked away from me. I honestly have nothing good to say aboutthis location, it?s definitely worth the extra 10 min drive to just go to the Hopewell location where the staff is friendly andefficient. Driving through here on my way to Canada. Came to this Dunkin a year ago, food was ok, bathrooms were closed. Came here now, a... year later, bathrooms are still not working. Management seems to not care. Also this time in the middle of the day they didn'thave tomatoes or avocados for sandwiches. Definitely avoiding this place next time. Read more
