Cannot say enough good things about this place. This is a tourist dream when looking for options. My only regret is not getting... back here in time to try one of their lovely sandwiches. Their pastries are delectable, their omelets are phenomenal. Thisestablishment is one of the closest I have found to a French Cafe stateside. Staff was kind and favorable. Arrived shortlybefore closing and were very helpful in finding alternatives to their fare on our final visit. Upon return to Laguna thisestablishment gets priority. Greatly made sandwiches. Salad was dressed just enough to make a great salad. Iced coffee had too much milk for our taste.
Cute little pastry shop that has a huge selection tucked away into fabulous showcases! As tourists, we were pleasantly surprised... to find a French pastry shop, but are so glad we stopped for coffee and pastry. Yum! Read more

One of my favorite French cafe I’ve ever had. The staffs there are all French and they communicate in French. I ordered an... Opera cake with a mini croissant and a cappuccino. I really enjoyed my breakfast. The cake becomes one of best cakes in my life,so delicious! The mini croissant is yummy as well. Coffee also works great. I highly recommend this cute French cafe. Nice place (I mean the inside Decorations..) with an outside seating just in front of. Even though the deserts look very good (I... haven’t tried any of them), the Coffee ?? has nothing special.. Just one from a machine than anyone (nicer) can do by pushinga button.. You’ll find easily a better one elsewhere. I wouldn’t go back there. Read more
I was hesitant because it looked so cafe-ish and not a sit down, relax restaurant...but who cares!! The food is... amazing....everything is. Don't get an almond croissant and dip it in their hot chocolate, it will ruin you! You'll be comingback for more again and again! The sandwiches are great, crepes are good, tuna sandwich was amazing, Le croquet de madame mademy head explode it was so good. Only open for breakfast and lunch, dont hesitate! Run to this place!! Overall had a great experience. The food is super yummy and the menu has something for everybody. However I gave it 4 stars... because the staff was not friendly and Moulin is not very accommodating with allergies. Their is also no parking and if you dofind parking you will have to pay. Read more
