Not gonna lie, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to… the food is just impeccable and the service is also... excellent too! The two of us ordered San Francisco cioppino and ribeye melt burger (one of the best soups and burgers I’veever had in my life) and the price came out to be 59.26 (no tips included). I mean damn…. Nothing was open late enough and Nicks was the only place available- they did not disappoint! My husband, and our 6 month old... baby and I went out for a late night dinner and we had the best pacific sea bass burger and it was incredible! They were alsovery accommodating with us bringing our baby and setting our stroller aside (due to the tight spaces) A little pricey but verymuch worth it! 10/10! Read more
Absolutely fabulous! Being a bit of a foodie from Chicago I'm likely fairly demanding. Nick's did not disappoint! This... steak is marinated for 3 days. I highly recommend it. We also had a yellow cake, raspberry, and custard dessert (notpictured) that was to die for. And... our servers were excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely stop here! Read more
The aroma of our meal stands out in my mind. Strange way to start a review, but it’s true. As our plates were set in front of... us, the amazing smell of the food was amazing! Came up to Laguna for the day & got hungry. A lot of places had hour+ waits which is totally expected on a weekend! nicks didn't... have a wait though and sat us immediately. They have a nice menu with a wide variety of different items. We ordered the salmonpoke tacos $15 & the buttermilk chicken $26 (we also did a side of fries). First off, the salmon poke tacos were incredible. Iwould of ordered 10 more of those! The buttermilk chicken was delicious & the biscuit was so fresh. The service was top tiertoo. WARM BUTTER CAKE! Believe the reviews on this cake, EXCELLENT! Service, selection, quality, and food are spot on! You can't go... wrong at Nick's Laguna Beach. The bacon deviled eggs appetizer was amazing. We had lunch so we ordered the Prime Rib French dipsandwich and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Everything was delicious and full of quality ingredients. They have a great wineselection as well. If you're passing through Laguna Beach you won't go wrong stopping here. Reservations recommended butwalk-ins are okay but it fills up fast. Read more
This restaurant is by far the best thing I’ve experienced in 2022 ! I had the grilled steakhouse salad and what I thought was... going to be a basic and dull endeavor (usually associated with a salad) quickly became a delicious cinematic experience endingwith me ranting about how I wish I could go back in time and eat the salad again.
