Horrible drive thru. Gave me the wrong order. Order throw in bag and cold. Ana manager does not care about the quality control... nor manors. Then when I returned the meal I saw the kitchen pick up a bun with the same gloves she is wearing with a dirty ra inher hand. How gross can you be. Go some where else or you will food poisoning or even worse. So gross. Health department shouldbe called on this manager. So unprofessional still waiting for a call from the corporate and manager. This location you will getfood poisoning. This is how bad the food was. And don't go inside it's dirty the lobby and the counters and floors don't looklike they had been cleaned since before covid. Also employees not washing hands handing rags then food. It made me throw up inmy mouth and if you read the reviews the food and location only has gotten worse. I've lived in California practically all my life and Carl's Jr. has been a major part of it. I don't go very often so coming... here is more of a treat. On my last visit I ordered the Double Bacon Beast burger combo. On first bite it tasted like a SuperStar with cheese but with added bacon. The bacon strips were pretty long and it was cooked to where there was still some chewto it instead of crisp and crunchy.
