Little but of a protest review - This particular store just seems so badly run. I have never received a hot pizza from them yet?... I don?t care if it takes an hour, or 1.5 hours to deliver. I understand that?. What I HATE is being told via the app that thepizza is delivered and yet it doesn?t actually show up for 30-45 mins after. I get notifications that the pizza is on the way,and THEN there is a long delay. It seems to me that the drivers are totally overwhelmed and as a result the quality isreduced. Every pizza I get from this location is warm. Not hot. I speak with the delivery guy and he says he has to make toomany deliveries to be able to ensure the quality. All 7 items were made correct and in a timely manner. My only concerns were the up charge for certain toppings to guarantee that... you are not paying $7.99 for the three topping pizza as advertised. And the fact that the employee was the only person workingin the shop which is dangerous. Making the food, answering the phone, taking orders, and doing curbside pickup. Food shows up and is fine, but every time literally every single time they never ever bring the dipping sauces. Then not only do... they not give you a refund for what you paid for and didn?t get they say ?we?ll credit you for a free pizza next time?, guesswhat happens the next time you try and order. Pizza was undercooked, jalapeno cheesy bread was also undercooked and was made with banana peppers and not jalapenos. Delivery... guy was very friendly and nice. One star because we were unable to contact the store as it was after closing time when wereceived our pizza because they were also late in delivering. Read more
Please Avoid this location if you can. The pizza quality is horrible. They served us burnt pizza. I submitted an online... complaint with Dominos and never even received a call back from this store to apologize and offer refund. I?m also going tofile a complaint with the Orange County Health Department for serving such bad quality food that causes stomach pain. Read more
Went to this domino?s today and the food was just gross. See pictures. Who would give food to someone that looked like... this?!?! Pizza was burnt and no clue what they did to the knots. We threw it all away. Will NEVER go back here again! Disgusting ???? Read more
This Domino's is always on point with my orders. I haven't had an order cooked incorrectly. The right amount of toppings, extra... toppings (you actually get them!), cheese, sauce; always great customer service, fast paced, and on time with orders. 5 star inmy book. Read more
