The price is good, but the service is bad. They did seem understaffed. We came in and bought an extra pizza ????. Cashier said... 5 mins. So 25 minutes later another customer comes in and asked if any pizzas ???? are ready to go. She says yes and gives thepizza to the woman who just walked in. I speak up and cashier says oh. On Sunday September/5/2021 I was on the phone from 6.00 p.m to 7:10 p.m no one answer the phone in between I drove there and... talk to Jeffrey according to him he was a manager and told him how upset I am I even told him I was trying to order on line butyou guys do not have my order online even I was trying to go creat your own that does not let me make it so he was too rude andhe must take care of his anger the way he treated regular customer like me he was that rude to almost kick me out from store .This issue with Jeffrey must be take care of immediatley. Tried the new pretzel pizza last night, though a bit salty it was a fun slice. The biggest stand out was when I called in my... order. Eric C. was amazing. So complete and hospitable like a 5 star hotel concierge. I've not heard great phone etiquette insuch a long time, he should train people. This location is always super busy and staff work hard to get it right. I wish theywould accept tips and have that option when paying via card as most of us these days aren't carrying much cash. I come here for 1 reason. Sure the pizza is a great deal priced low or the myriad of dipping sauces, but I keep my eyes on the... prize. The crazy bread. Hands down the best bread sticks ever. Dare I even say better than olive garden. They're so good youdon't even need dipping sauce. I like eating them pure and tasting the excellent butter and garlic garnishments.
