Great staff! I really appreciate an attentive and friendly staff. The food was yummy and the dessert was just as good. 4 stars... only because my menu was filthy...I ordered a second menu and it was just as bad. Wipe em down please. I've always been a fan of Outback, so when I found this location was open late and offered curbside pickup I was ecstatic. I've... ordered through delivery apps but the food always arrived cold. Getting it curbside was far better and I'm sure eating in isstill the best way to go. The curbside Staff are always prompt and friendly. Have only had a single issue in which a few itemswere missing from our order but they were really understanding and polite about it. Would highly recommend if you need somenon-fast food after 8pm! Rather disappointing. I took my two daughters to meet my mother for a family Sunday dinner. I was in the mood for a nice cheese... burger. Ordered one with cheddar cheese (simple enough). Burger arrived without cheese. I noticed right away so the waitresstook it back. Less than ten minutes later it returned with melted cheddar (fries mostly cold at this point). They must have putit back on the grill because my "medium" burger was now well done and quite dry. I ate almost half (i was starving) and gave up. The fresh bread the waitress brought w/ our drinks looked good but, she didn't bring any plates ?!? By the time the foodarrived the bread had been sitting for around fifteen minutes cold and dry, not very tasty. Shortly after the food arrived thewaitress refilled my ($3.99) sprite with water (i didn't notice until I took a drink). Dry burger, dry bread: dry meal! Bothdaughters said their meals were fine. Mothers baked potato (with the works) looked really stark. She reported it to be basicallyroom temperature. The final disappointment was the "Ziosk" device I was asked to pay on needed to be slid a little closer. Igrabbed it by the base and got a a finger of something really sticky: disgusting!!! Very disappointed for the prices I expecteda lot more. I don't think these Americans are representing the poor Aussies too well here !?! Read more
Outback is always my favorite and finding one nearly Irvine especially on my sons birthday made this place a special one to... remember. It was his first visit to Outback and he liked it too. The place was not overly crowded been a Monday and hence we hadnice service and no rush to move out. Food was good except the Blooming Onion which was good to picture but nothing special froma perspective of taste. Overall a nice and decent place where you can't go wrong. Read more
If you're in an area like mine, Outback was a nice Steakhouse to grab a bite to eat without having to break the bank. I like... that the seating areas are nicely spaced out and you arent sitting elbow to elbow. The bathroom was clean, and I thought thehand washing sign was awesome. Calm environment, full bar(great drinks by the way), spacious, and friendly staff. The food wascooked to order, just didn't give me that WOW factor. It's worth it. Read more
